NATIONAL CHILD WELFARE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT MONTH

SUPPORTING CHILDREN & FAMILIES BY STRENGTHENING THE WORKFORCE, ADVANCING RETENTION & BUILDING LASTIN

National Child Welfare Workforce Development Month is a time to honor the professionals who show up for children every day, the agencies committed to preparing and sustaining them, and the community partners who make that work possible. It is also a time to recommit to what children need most: safety, consistency & a steady relationship with the people responsible for their care.

At Magnolia Children's Group, we believe workforce development is a moral and practical priority. Children are best served when professionals receive real training and support, systems address turnover with urgency, and communities close the gaps that leave caseloads unfilled and families waiting. Our approach connects trauma-informed practice with people-centered development and community-based solutions designed to help skilled professionals enter this field and remain in it.
